gvim在windows下正常使用utf-8與中文

請在_vimrc裡最前面設定

let $LANG="zh_TW.UTF-8"
set termencoding=utf8
set encoding=utf-8

後面拿掉其它有設定encoding(enc)或是termencoding(tenc)的就可以了:)
